so i had an ultra sound don and the results states that i have an anteverted uterus with thin endometrium, the ovaries are unremarkable but in the left fundamental portion, there is an exophytic mass but has a broad attachment with the uterus measuring 7cm with no flow. it has heterogeneous ecotexture with it him. small amount of free fluid... what does this mean
If it is mass and during examination needs further work up than biopsy should be done to detect whether it is Benign mass or malignant by histopathology examination
According to report further management planned
If needed Mass should be removed
